Local Food Support Options
This Local Food Support Guide for Middlesbrough is here to help ensure that anyone who needs it has access to low cost/free food locally. Within the Leaflet you can find out about the array of brilliant organisations that offer this food support.
The leaflet has been put together and produced by Middlesbrough Environment City and Good Food Middlesbrough, the printing very gratefully funded by The PFC Trust. We strongly thank all of the food support organisations being happy to be involved with this initiative in order to maximise awareness of what food support is locally available to anyone in need.
The leaflet will be widely distributed across Middlesbrough and poster versions are also available for display across the town. The online leaflet will be updated whenever we are aware of a change in the contents and a full review of the online/paper leaflet will happen every six months.

Day-to-day guide of local Food Support options (available to everyone)
Please find below Low and No Cost Food options for each day of the week in Middlesbrough, though some need booking first, can have limited availability and may not happen on some days (e.g. Bank Holidays). Find out further details and contact details for the organisations on the Food Support Leaflet and Map above.
This day-to-day guide does not include Eco Shops that are open only to relevant staff or clients, or those based at schools which (in most cases) are only for families of their pupils.
